I coordinate the logistics of full-scale filming on location with approximately 150 cast, crew, and extras. That entails processing location, parking and basecamp contracts, municipal permitting, hiring police and security, scheduling restroom trailers, trash service, and climate control equipment rentals, as well as the associated administrative duties such as cost tracking, studio legal compliance, issuing certificates of insurance and assisting in the day to day management of department personnel.
